Fresh out of the kiln this week some new ceramic beads. I've been having lots of fun working with the different patterns and colours to get a great mix for these wall pieces.  

I'm working with the black and white dashes and dots alongside soft earthy greys and greens.

They will be abe to be seen at the Poi Room in New Market  later this year. 

Todays been an exciting day for me. I recently sent my vases away to be shot and styled by the lovely Gem from www.theblackbird.co.nz blog. I have followed her on facebook and instagram for a while and are so glad she has cast her stylee eye over my work. And today she has sent me some final shots and they look great ... thanks so much Gem I love them !

I have just got back from dropping off new wall work to The Sculpture Onshore Exhibition. 
These pieces are made by rolling out porcelian paper clay and shaping into a flower shape and linking them all together.
This is a great sculpture show where all the money raised goes towards womans refuge.
This year marks the 10th biennial NZ Sculpture Onshore Exhibition - a national event presented at the spectacular Fort Takapuna Historic Reserve in Devonport on Auckland’s North Shore

Its a really fun day out looking at all the variety of work on display amongst beautiful views of the harbour.

Well I have been busy working on my range of vases for the last couple of months getting ready for christmas and I'm getting some lovely glaze finishes on them... which is exciting.
